ACT Community Interest Company, funded by The National Lottery, is inviting passionate Social Impact and Inclusion (SIA) organisations to join our Growth and Development Programme—designed to help you strengthen your organisation, increase your impact, and grow sustainably.
Are you a youth-focused CIC operating for 2 to 7 years with a committed team? Whether you are a small organisation with 1–3 staff or volunteers or a growing team of up to 20, with turnover between £50,000 and £250,000, we want to hear from you!

We are seeking 15 organisations that are ready to complete an intensive journey of development and measurable growth, leaving them equipped to sustain and deepen their social change.
