Project Coordinator

Job Description

Role Purpose

To coordinate delivery of ACT CIC’s Social Impact Accelerator (SIA) Programme — a business accelerator supporting non-profits, social enterprises, and community interest companies — as well as supporting wider ACT CIC projects.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Management:

  • Oversee the third-year delivery of the
  • SIA Programme Coordinate with
  • facilitators, mentors, and guest experts
  • Monitor progress against milestones and outcomes
  • Manage budgets and financial tracking
  • Liaise with stakeholders, partners, and funders
  • Organise and manage workshops, networking sessions, and events

Project Coordination:

  • Plan, schedule, and monitor activities
  • Act as central contact for participants and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding, data, and reporting standards
  • Maintain monthly data and reporting spreadsheets

Team Collaboration:

  • Support freelance facilitators, mentors, and delivery partners
  • Facilitate team meetings, capture actions, and follow up

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain programme metrics and outcomes
  • Submit monthly data and quarterly reports U
  • Update senior staff, directors, and stakeholders

Administrative Support:

  • Support diary and organisational admin
  • Assist CEO and directors with coordination tasks
